Happy Birthday Lesley!

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Thursday!
Today the Trendy Gals & myself have taken over the Twine It Up! with Trendy Twine blog to celebrate Lesley's BIRTHDAY!!!  Happy Birthday Lesley!!!
WOOHOO!!! YIPPEE!

I made a Super SWEET Birthday Shaker/Easel card!
For the base of the shaker card, I used the DCWV's "Good Eats" stack, the stitched rectangles dies from GMD & the stitched basic scallop edges from MFT.

For the shaker, I used the stitched rounded rectangles dies from CottageCutz and the Chocolate Truffle Sequins from APB. For the pretty bow I used Totally Pink Trendy Twine.

The "Sweet Birthday Wishes" sentiment is from the Birthday Wishes stamp set from My Craft Spot ( no longer in business).

I would love for you to please stop by the Trendy Twine blog to wish Lesley a Happy Birthday
& to see what the fabulous Trendy Gals have created.

Trendy Twine & Sequins

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Halloween!
For today I am joining the Trendy Gals over at the Twine it Up! with Trendy Twine blog for a special Halloween post. We will be showcasing NEW Sequins.
So for my project I am showcasing the Chocolate Truffle Sequins from APB.

Here is what I created:

For my Halloween Shaker card, I used the Boo collection by Recollections and the Vintage Blessings collection by Simply Stories. I used the Wavy Card Base from SVG Cutting Files. For my die cuts I used the Halloween Cuddly Ghost, Masked Boo Caption and the Polaroid Frames from SVG Cuts.

I added googly eyes to the Masked Boo Caption for a touch of cuteness and to the ghost I added a pretty bow. The bow is from the Wild Card cartridge.

For the shaker, I used the pretty Chocolate Truffle Sequins and added a pretty Chocolate Truffle bow.

So, what do you think?

Please stop by the Trendy Twine blog to see what the Trendy Gals have created.

Halloween Treat Bags

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Friday!
I hope that you all have a wonderful weekend!
This week I've been a little busy at work and at home.
Also, I had been asked by my hubby to make Halloween treat bags for a event at his job and of course I said yes! I had so much fun making them!

For the Halloween Treat Bags I used the DCWV's "Halloween Night" stack. I think I only have about 2 sheets left from this stack. It was one of my favorite Halloween papers to play with. I used the Handled Treat Bag Topper Cutting File from PPPR. The super cute ghost and sentiment are from the My Boo Digital Stamp Set from Pretty Cute Stamps. I used the print n' cut feature on the Criut Explore. For the sentiment I used the flatten feature on a oval circle die cut from the Wild Card cartridge. It was super easy! To the super cute ghost I added a bow from the Wild Card cartridge and colored the cheeks with Tombow Markers. Once my treat toppers were assembled, I filled the  Chevron Treat Bags from APB with yummy goodies. I stapled the treat toppers on to the treat bags and then used double sided tape to adhered the layers. For the ghost & oval shape (sentiment) I used foam tape for dimension.

Here are a few of them...I made a total of 20.
